What is the minimum order size?

Our minimum order is usually a mixed pallets of 136 boxes (12 jars per box) – although we can also supply euro pallets which hold 104 boxes.

What are your payment terms?

We require 'Proforma payment' for the first two orders ( ie payment in advance of these orders being dispatched).
After that we would set up an account for you ( and would require references for your business as part of this). Invoices then need to be settled within 30 days of order dispatch and payment needs to be made in sterling into our UK bank account.

How quickly are products dispatched once an order is placed? 

We aim to dispatch an order within 5 working days from receipt of order.

Can you supply promotional materials?

We have a range of photographic images and copy for inclusion into brochures, websites and we can also supply our own product leaflets for use by distributors. 

Where do you currently have distributors?

We currently have distributors in Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, New Zealand and Canada.
