Sarah Goes in Search Of Oranges

As we were waiting for the warmer weather and sunshine to arrive here in Cheshire, Sarah took a trip to the slightly warmer climate of Spain in search of oranges.

All of the oranges used in our tangy, citrus marmalade are grown in Seville. The “Seville Orange” is prized for its high pectin content which gives an excellent set.

Whilst she was there, the oranges we use in our shredless marmalade were being squeezed and all the delicious juice (minus the pips) were being packed ready to send over to Cheshire.
